Carbon CLI

Users can query or submit transactions to the Carbon blockchain via the CLI provided by the Carbon node binary.

Carbon node binaries are available at https://github.com/Switcheo/carbon-bootstrap/releases.

The CLI is self-documenting, run carbond help to begin.
